I was accepted onto postgraduate study for photography in 2019. Before starting the course I fell pregnant with twins. The course itself was a challenge as I have always struggled with writing essays. I postponed my studies for a term when my hospital appointments became too frequent and my due date drew closer. The week I was admitted into the hospital, the UK went into lockdown and I became very isolated. This is when I found Zox and fell in love with Focus, a photography-inspired strap. I wore this every day until the end of my studies and as I drew closer to the light at the end of an over two year tunnel, I Made It was released. The day I received my postgraduate certificate I allowed myself to finally wear this second strap. It will stay with me as a reminder of all I went through during that time and what can be accomplished. These to me are not just supporting words and a gentle hug for the wrist, they are inspirational reminders we attach to memories.
