I ordered the love yourself strap months ago in the middle of one of the worst battles with my depression in recent years, and even though I have my husband who is the light of my life I felt like I should be here but I connected with this strap and I wear it every day. It doesn't come off other then for swimming and such it's my reminder that I have to love and be kind to myself.
