Story:
For me, 2020 is going to be my year of clarity and vision. Yes, pun intended since 20/20 is also meant for perfect eyesight. This year I want to work on creating clarity for my life in everything I do, especially work. Not only do I want to make this change for me, but I want to help show those that I lead at work, how they play an important role in creating that vision as well. When goals and aspirations become more visible, everyone who is a part of the team will be able to easily see what they are working towards and the goals we have set out to accomplish. Thus showing everyone that they're making a larger impact than they might realize and how their time spent is truly making a difference. My hope is that this will create an overall better experience for everyone, and help others find their purpose and belonging.

In my personal life, I believe more clarity will begin to show me what truly matters and what I should focus my time on. Without clarity, anything that comes up in life appears to demand time, energy, and stress. When in fact that is not always the case and we often stress out over things that turn out to hold little to no importance. With a clearer vision of what I want my future to hold, I'll begin to realize that not every little 'problem' that pops up is worth making a big deal about it and should not negatively impact my day.

Simply writing this out was a massive step for me. Statistics show that if you don't write out your goals then you'll be much less likely to ever complete them. Write yours out and begin making the changes in your life you've always wanted to.
