For those days when you need a reminder to be kind to you. Yes - all of the wonderful, unique parts of you that make you, you. The parts you like, the parts you don’t. Even those that you haven’t discovered yet. You are a magical being who deserves kindness towards yourself.
I’m my toughest critic, that’s for sure. I’ve picked apart and overanalyzed a lot of myself. Should I be this – should I be that? But the moments when I am truly happiest are when I’m kind to myself. When I feed my soul with positivity, love, and light, I am free. May this ZOX remind you that self-kindness is important too.
