Story:
This is the bracelet I needed - the reminder I want to have every morning when I wake up. It's so easy to have our first thoughts of the day be hinged on the one before it, isn't it? There's a quote by Albert Einstein on this very topic that I absolutely love:

"Learn from yesterday, live for today, and hope for tomorrow."

If we look at each day as another opportunity to start over, something beautiful happens. We let go of all the preconceived worries that are holding us back. We don't forget the past, we just appreciate it for lessons we learned as we actively hope for a better future.

The key to doing this, I've learned, is actually incredibly simple: We have to give ourselves permission to start over - to recognize that every day is a new opportunity. The only way we can make it the very best is by letting go of the burdens of our past, the ones that hold us back.
