I’ve never been a huge sports person. In fact, the only real time I ever truly succeeded in sports was on the Wii. If you’ve ever played Wii Sports, you probably know about the Baseball game you can play. I loved it! It was the most fun I’ve ever had being “athletic,” and it gave me a great opportunity to bond with my brother over sports and games.
The thing about playing sports is that it teaches you valuable life lessons. You don’t have to win all the time. It might even be better if you lose every now and then because then you’ll learn what you did wrong and reevaluate how to approach things next time around. Sports encourage players to keep trying, lean on those around us (teammates), and play by the rules.
This throwback is not only an awesome way to rep your favorite sport but more importantly, a wonderful way to remember that even when we experience losses in life, as long as we don’t give up, we’re winning.
