A few months ago, I was reading about affirmations and the power they have to rewire our brains in the way we perceive ourselves. The interesting thing about them is that they have the biggest impact when you're telling yourself something you don't believe is true. To get yourself to a point where you're happy with who you are, you need to start with a belief you currently struggle with and want to change in your own mind. For example, If you're not happy with how you look, you can tell yourself, "I Am Beautiful", or "I Am Perfect". If you're feeling sad, psychologists recommend affirmations like, "I Am Happy" or "I Am Content".
As I was reading through all these affirmations, I noticed a trend: many of them started with the words "I Am". Rather than make it specific, we're leaving the uplifting part to you. What area of your life do you want to feel better in? Write it in the space provided and wear it as your own little daily reminder.
Psychologists say it takes 66 days on average to form a new habit and change the way you feel. As you wear your affirmation, make sure you're actively telling yourself what your ZOX says so you're forming that new viewpoint of yourself.
