Surround yourself with people who encourage you to be a better person and those that you can inspire as well. My dad always tells me that when you surround yourself with successful people, you’re more likely to want to do well also. You’re constantly inspired, while also inspiring your friends by continuing to excel in life.
This doesn’t mean that you always have to be doing good things or always succeeding—it’s okay to fall short sometimes. Good friends are also there when you fall, need help, or just a shoulder to lean on. All I’m saying is that it’s important to choose your friends wisely. Have people around you that build you up, not tear you down. Friendship is important, and it’s even more important to have solid friendships full of love and support, which I hope this Strap reminds you of always.
